PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal all rules in Chapter 5M-3, F.A.C., Best Management Practices for Agricultural Operations in the Northern Everglades.

SUMMARY:

Chapter 5M-3, F.A.C., Best Management Practices for Agricultural Operations in the Northern Everglades is being repealed as Chapter 5M-11, F.A.C., and Chapter 5M-14, F.A.C., adopt and incorporate substantially similar practices.  Therefore, Chapter 5M-3, F.A.C., is no longer needed.
