PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal all rules in Chapter 5M-4, F.A.C., Interim Measures for Tri-County Agricultural Area Farms.

SUMMARY:

Chapter 5M-4, F.A.C., Interim Measures for Tri-County Agricultural Area Farms, is being repealed as Chapter 5M-8, F.A.C., Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Florida Vegetable and Agronomic Crops, provides BMPs applicable to all vegetable and agronomic crops statewide.
