Overview

RULE:

49B-3.005	Well Mitigation Policy
49B-3.006	Ranch Operators Assistance Program

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rules 49B-3.005 and 49B-3.006, Florida Administrative Code, as the provisions of these rules are no longer required to be adopted into rule in accordance with applicable statutory authority.

SUMMARY:

The Board of Directors proposes to repeal Tampa Bay Water's rules due to them becoming unnecessary as a result of statutory revisions to required rulemaking and Tampa Bay Water's adoption of an Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement in 1998.
