64B15-7.010

Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will set forth a new disciplinary guideline for the failure to comply with the new provision of Section 456.072(1)(tt), F.S., relating to refunding overpayments to patients.  The new disciplinary action will take effect January 1, 2026.

SUMMARY:

To set forth an additional guideline  relating to refunding overpayments to patients.
