Application for Licensure and Licensure Requirements for Anesthesiologist Assistants

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will incorporate the updated application for licensure by endorsement DH-MQA-5103 Mobile Opportunity by Interstate Licensure Endorsement (MOBILE).

SUMMARY:

To incorporate the updated application for licensure by endorsement.
