Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will update the licensees of a new disciplinary offense relating to refunding overpayments to patients pursuant to Section 456.072(1)(tt), F.S.  The new violation will take effect January 1, 2026.

SUMMARY:

To update the rule text to advise licensees of new disciplinary action relating to refunding overpayments to patients.  The new violation will take effect January 1, 2026.
