64B21-505.001

Use of Test Instruments

PURPOSE:

The Department proposes a rule amendment to remove specific date reference to Rule 64B19-18.004 allowing for the administration of test instruments by school psychologists via synchronous online video communication technology rather than the traditional face-to-face requirement for test administration.  This is a rule of this agency so reference to the date amended is unnecessary under section 120.54(1)(i)2., F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adopts the revised rule regarding standards for the administration of test instruments via synchronous online video communication technology by licensed psychologists.
