Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will update the rule text to advise the licensees of new disciplinary guidelines due to statutory changes.  The new violation will take effect January 1, 2026.

To update the rule  to advise licensees of the new disciplinary guidelines due to statutory changes.
