Role and Responsibilities of State, School District, and Local Employers Participating in the Florida Retirement System

PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration of Florida proposes to amend Rule 19-13.003, Florida Administrative Code, to refer to Florida Retirement System Participating Employers.

SUMMARY:

Rule 19-13.003, Florida Administrative Code, is being amended to refer to Florida Retirement System Participating Employers. There are no other rules incorporating this proposed amended rule. The proposed amendment does not have an impact on any other rules. Legislative ratification of the rule amendment is not required.
