Violations and Penalties

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed an amendment to update the rule to add additional violations.  Failure to comply with s. 456.0625, F.S., relating to refund overpayments to patients and failure to comply with s. 459.0127, F.S., relating to stem cell therapy.  The new violation will take effect January 1, 2026.

SUMMARY:

To add additional violations and penalties into the rule.
