64B16-30.003

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will set forth a new citation for the failure to comply with the provision of Section 456.072(1)(tt), F.S., relating to refunding overpayments to patients.  The new citation will take effect January 1, 2026.

SUMMARY:

To update the rule text to advise licensees of the new citation offense relating to refunding overpayments to patients.
