Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

Updates to the disciplinary guidelines are being made to include telehealth registrants regarding patient overpayments and refunds, in accordance with Chapter 2025-48, Laws of Florida.  The new violation will take effect January 1, 2026.
