Application for Licensure by Examination and Endorsement

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment updates the application for licensure by examination and endorsement regarding the incorporated Form DH-MQA-5101, Mobile Opportunity by Interstate Licensure Endorsement (MOBILE), pursuant to changes to s. 456.0145, F.S.  The modifications became effective on July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2025-114, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

Updates are being made to the incorporated Form DH-MQA-5101, Mobile Opportunity by Interstate Licensure Endorsement (MOBILE), pursuant to changes to s. 456.0145, F.S.  The modifications became effective on July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2025-114, Laws of Florida.
