PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendments is to align with the requirements of Subsection 120.536(5), Florida Statutes (F.S.).

SUMMARY:

The amendments remove the sunset provision from each rule text pursuant to the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee objection letter dated July 17, 2025.
