RULE:

Provider Reimbursement Schedules and Billing Codes

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.002, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.), is to update fee schedules and billing codes in the existing rule.

SUMMARY:

The amendment incorporates by reference the Independent Laboratory Fee Schedule, Practitioner Fee Schedule, Practitioner Laboratory Fee Schedule, and the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Services Fee Schedule, each effective July 1, 2025 and revised pursuant to 2025-198, L.O.F., the July 8, 2025 Specialized Therapeutic Services Fee Schedule, the Independent Laboratory Fee Schedule, Practitioner Fee Schedule, Practitioner Laboratory Fee Schedule, and the Targeted Case Management Fee Schedule, each effective October 1, 2025, and the July 1, 2025 Prescribed Drugs Physician Administered Billing Codes.
