64B4-10.003

Psychotherapist-Client Relationship

PURPOSE:

The Board enters into rule development regarding the requirements for psychotherapist-client relationships.  Specifically, to review the continuance of the psychotherapist-client relationship after termination of psychotherapy.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates the requirements by developing language regarding the termination of psychotherapist-client relationship after termination of psychotherapy.
