Continuing Education for Biennial Renewal

PURPOSE:

Physicians who prescribe controlled substances are required to take a board – approved continuing education course on controlled substances as set forth in Section 456.0301, F.S. The proposed rule amendment will add additional providers for the controlled substance prescribing course.
