PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to update the rule requirements for citations to include a citation for a failure to comply with 456.0625, relating to overpayments to patients.

SUMMARY:

The proposed change amends the Citations Rules to include the ability to issue a citation for a minor violation of s. 456.0625 regarding refunding overpayments to clients.
