RULE:

5J-7.004

Registration

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amends an incorporated form and incorporates new forms for compliance with recent statutory changes. The amendments also include updating the title of the rule.

SUMMARY:

The amended and new incorporated department forms ensure statutory compliance with Chapter 2025-22, Laws of Florida. The amendments implement recent statutory changes to the registration requirements and the creation of the Honest Services Registry. For clarity purposes, the title of the rule has been updated to more accurately reflect the content of the rule.
