RULE:

59A-4.107	Physician Services
59A-4.1075	Medical Director

PURPOSE:

Rules 59A-4.107 and 59A-4.1075 outline physician and medical director requirements for nursing homes.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to amend these rules to update language and medical director requirements to align with Chapter 2025-204 L.O.F. (SB 2514).
