64B16-30.001

Disciplinary Guidelines; Range of Penalties; Aggravating and Mitigating Circumstances

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to set forth a new disciplinary guideline for the failure to comply with the provision of Section 456.072(1)(tt), F.S., relating to refunding overpayments to patients.  The amendment will also update the rule text for clarification.  The proposed rule will become effective January 1, 2026.
