RULE:

64B5-7.006	Non-Profit Corporation Permits
64B5-7.007	Limited License as Allowed in Section 456.015, F.S

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is part of the Chapter 120 mandated 5 year rule review. The amendment eliminates language that does not have statutory authority and eliminate language that already appears in statute and incorporates by reference the application form for a limited license.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment arise from the 5 year rule review required by Chapter 120. The amendments will update the rule text, rulemaking authority, and law implemented.
