69O-171.001

Purpose and Scope

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-171.001 describes the purpose and the scope of the rules contained in chapter 171 of the Florida Administrative Code. The change repeals unnecessary language used to describe the purpose of the rules contained in chapter 171 and updates the rulemaking authority and law implemented.

SUMMARY:

Repealing paragraph one of Rule 69O-171.001, F.A.C., to remove unnecessary language describing the purpose of the rules contained in chapter 171, and updating the rulemaking authority and law implemented .
