Forms, Manuals and Instructions Adopted

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-190.074 adopts and incorporates by reference several forms, manuals, and instructions relating to insurer solvency. The purpose of the proposed changes is to remove outdated language referencing and incorporating forms that are no longer in use by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, update and incorporate NAIC materials, and update statutory references.
