Payment of Prepaid Limited Health Service Organizations and Discount Medical Plan Organization Fees

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-203.078, F.A.C., provides that the fees for filing of each annual report, and any other fees collected pursuant to these rules or Chapter 636, F.S., can be paid by check. The purpose of the amendment is to update the title to provide a more accurate description of the rule, to clarify payment by check instructions, and to include modern payment methods such as eChecks and credit cards.
