PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendments to each rule is to update the rule text.

SUMMARY:

The amendments remove the sunset provision from the text of each rule pursuant to section 120.536(5), Florida Statutes (F.S.), and the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee objection letter dated, July 17, 2025.
