Strategic Regional Policy Plan

PURPOSE:

The Council proposes to amend the Northeast Florida Strategic Regional Policy Plan to incorporate the recommendations of its evaluation and appraisal report completed in accordance with Section 186.511, F.S., as well as recommendations developed by the Council in response to the public comments received during rule development workshops held on the proposed amendments in accordance with Section 120.54, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates the Northeast Florida Strategic Regional Policy Plan to incorporate the recommendations contained in its evaluation and appraisal report as well as recommendations developed by the Council in response to public comments received during the rule development workshops held on the proposed amendments.
