PURPOSE:

The Department proposes the rule repeal to remove a rule no longer supported by statute.

SUMMARY:

The rule codified the organization of the Office of the Attorney General as set forth in the agency’s organizational chart maintained in the Executive Office of the Governor, and provided contact information for the agency.
