RULE:

62-40.110

Declaration and Intent

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal Rule 62-40.110, F.A.C., which is not necessary to achieve the express objectives of the law implemented.

SUMMARY:

Rule 62-40.110 sets forth the declaration and intent for the state’s water resource implementation rule. As a part of the rule review required pursuant to 120.5435(6), Florida Statutes (F.S.), the Department determined Rule 62-40-110, F.A.C., can be repealed.
