PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes the repeal of Rules 60CC-3.001, 60CC-3.002, and 60CC-3.008 because they are obsolete and no longer necessary. Repealing these rules will improve clarity in the Commission’s regulatory framework.

SUMMARY:

The proposed action repeals Rules 60CC-3.001, 60CC-3.002, and 60CC-3.008.
