RULE:

15B-1.002	Truck, Bus Flares, Fuses, Electric Lanterns, Flags, and Portable Reflex Reflectors
15B-1.003	Headlamps, Auxiliary or Fog Lamp, Rear Lamp, Signal Lamp and Reflector; Specifications
15B-1.004	Lighting Devices; Specifications

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal Rules 15B-1.002, 15B-1.003, and 15B-1.004. There will be no adverse effect on the public.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal the rules, which have been determined upon agency review to be obsolete and/or unnecessary.
