RULE:

69B-221.005

Currently Revoked, Suspended or Denied License

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise wording to include statutes that permit a suspended licensee to remain working in the agency.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will make revisions concerning bail bond licensees under a notice of temporary suspension.
