Disbursement from the Preneed Funeral Contract Consumer Protection Trust Fund

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will remove superfluous language from the rule text, revise procedures to request reimbursement, and incorporate relevant forms.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking will address procedures to request reimbursement from the Preneed Funeral Contract Consumer Protection Trust Fund.
