Overview

RULE:

69K-12.002	Procedure for Licensing a Monument Establishment
69K-12.003	Procedures for Submission and Approval of Monument Establishment Retail Sales Agreements

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking clarifies the licensure and renewal process of both a monument establishment and a monument establishment sales agent; sets forth the requirements for obtaining licensure as a monument establishment sales agent; establishes an electronic process for licensure renewals; and modernizes the incorporated forms.

SUMMARY:

These rules establish criteria and procedure for licensure and renewal of monument establishment licenses and monument establishment sales agent licenses. These rules establish procedure for a change in location of a monument establishment.
