PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendments to preclude diversity, equity, and inclusion content in courses and to include updated Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Law and Regulations education course requirements.

SUMMARY:

Qualifying and continuing education rules are being updated to preclude diversity, equity, and inclusion content in courses. The continuing education and renewal of inactive registrations, licenses, and certifications rules are being updated to include required Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Law and Regulations education course requirements.
