The proposed rule amendments update, through June 30, 2009 the department’s adoption-by-reference of air pollution regulations promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR Parts 50, 51, 52, 53, 58, 60, 63, 65, 75, and 89.
