68A-1.004

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule change is to better manage hunting opportunities in Florida by allowing additional choices of methods of take. The effect would be to allow the use of crossbows during the archery season as authorized by Commission rules.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule would allow the use of crossbows during archery seasons on lands otherwise not established as a wildlife management area, wildlife and environmental area or miscellaneous area.
