RULE:

68A-9.004

Permits for Hunting or Other Recreational Use on Wildlife Management Areas

PURPOSE:

The Fort McCoy Wildlife Management Area (WMA) is privately owned. The landowner is removing the majority of the land, making it unsuitable for use as a WMA. The proposed rule change would remove reference to Ft. McCoy and allow the WMA to be dis-established.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule change would remove references to the Fort McCoy Wildlife Management Area.
