RULE:

68A-23.002

General Methods of Taking Freshwater Fish

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule change is to amend rules related to the possession of devices prohibited for the taking of freshwater fish. The effect of the proposed rule changes will be to enable the agency to better manage freshwater fish resources.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule change would clarify which devices prohibited for the taking of freshwater fish may be possessed with freshwater fish.
