6A-6.0783

District School Board Exclusive Authority to Sponsor Charter Schools (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal the rule as the statutory authority for the Florida Schools of Excellence Commission (Section 1002.335, Florida Statutes) was declared unconstitutional in December of 2008 and the statute was subsequently repealed during the 2010 Legislative Session.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
