RULE:

68A-9.005	Falconry
68A-9.006	Wildlife Rehabilitation Permit

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to establish or revise rule provisions associated with falconry and wildlife rehabilitation. This effort is necessary to incorporate federal changes to regulations governing falconry.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include falconry and wildlife rehabilitation.
