Approval and Renewal of New Certified Nursing Assistant Training Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to delete unnecessary language and adopt and incorporate by reference licensure forms and add the Board’s website where the forms may be obtained.

The Board proposes this rule amendment to delete unnecessary language and adopt and incorporate by reference licensure forms and add the Boar’s website where the forms may be obtained.
