Applications for Licensure

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to remove the requirement for the HIV/AIDS and domestic violence courses at the time of initial licensure as those courses are no longer necessary at the time of initial licensure.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment deletes the requirement for the HIV/AIDS and domestic violence courses at the time of initial licensure as those courses are no longer necessary at the time of initial licensure.
