Cancellation of Registration of Political Committees and Electioneering Communications Organizations

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendments is to update the rule to reflect the practices and procedures associated with the registration and revocation of registration of political committees and electioneering communication organizations under Chapter 106, F.S., and to implement uniformly the requirements by providing standardized forms to be used by these entities.
