Application for Participation in the Program

PURPOSE:

An update of the Florida Prepaid College Plan and Florida College Investment Plan New Account Application form and an update of the new name for the Florida College Investment Plan to be the “Florida 529 Savings Plan.”

SUMMARY:

This rule is amended to reflect the new name for the Florida College Investment Plan to the “Florida 529 Savings Plan” and to update the form number for the Florida Prepaid College Plan and of the Florida 529 Savings Plan New Account Application.
