Application of Rule Chapter; Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is amended to reflect the updated name Florida College Investment Plan to the “Florida 529 Savings Plan.”

SUMMARY:

The Florida College Investment Plan’s new name will be “Florida 529 Savings Plan.”
