Textbook and Course Material Affordability and Transparency

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule change is to delete language related to the textbook affordability workgroup and add language to align with the requirements outlined in Section 1004.085, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This rule outlines textbook adoption instructions and textbook affordability policies for the Florida College System, as authorized by Section 1004.085, Florida Statutes.
