RULE:

5C-3.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is being developed to provide consistency for definition of "official individual identification" within 5C-3.001, F.A.C. and 9 C.F.R. § 86.4(a)(1)(2013).

SUBJECT:

This rule redefines "official individual identification" for the purpose of importation of cattle.
