Revocation of Certification for Committees of Continuous Existence

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking action is taken to effectuate the abolishment of committees of continuous existence pursuant to repeal of supporting statutes in 2013-37, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

Repeals the revocation process for committees of continuous existence.
