Vote-By-Mail Ballots - Absent Stateside Uniformed Services Voters (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule incorporates changes to the return date of voted absentee ballots of overseas voters in any presidential preference primary or general election made by s. 17, Ch. 2013-57, Laws of Fla.

SUBJECT:

Absentee ballots for overseas military and overseas civilian voters.
